The Safire UPS600VA-2 UPS is a smart, maintenance-free backup battery that delivers 230Vac, 600VA, and 360W. This uninterruptible power supply (UPS) keeps an IP camera, Network Video Recorder (NVR), access control, smart home, or intercom system operational even if the power fails due to sabotage or a mains power outage. In addition to its backup function, the UPS also protects connected equipment from overvoltage.
Possibilities
The Safire UPS600VA-2 UPS has an output power of 230Vac, 600VA, and 360Watts. This allows it to power, for example, one NVR and four IP cameras for a few hours. The Safire UPS600VA-2 UPS has two SCHUKO EU plug connections. Charging time is between 6 and 8 hours (@90%). The Micro 600 is equipped with an LCD information display.
The UPS can be connected to a PC via the USB port for configuration and management. Windows and Mac (internet download) software is available. Free Windows UPSilon2000 software is included on CD and a USB cable.
If a computer is connected to the UPS, in the event of a power outage, the UPS can automatically shut down files, programs, and the computer's operating system. If the UPS is connected to a running PC, it can also send emails to a list of recipients when certain events occur.
